mmd juice blend

Abbreviated to MMD, but otherwise known as 'The Monday Morning Destroyer', this nutritious blend will have you ready to leave behind the weekend's antics, and ensure you're not feeling the effects of them as you begin the week. Whilst you may want to hit the snooze button once or twice before you attempt to rise for your 9am Monday lecture, a few sips of this vitamin-loaded concoction will have you ready to conquer the day as if those Saturday night jagerbombs never happened. One slight sour note of an otherwise sweet juice recipe (sorry), is that you're going to have to fork out a bit on a blender if you don't already own one. Ingredients (Serves 1):

 

- 1 Small banana

 

- 50g Curly Kale

 

- ½ Carrot

 

- ½ Bramley apple

 

- ½ Cup of blueberries

 

- Handful of Chia seeds

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. If pieces fail to blend, stir and repeat process. 

 

2. Pour into glass and consume within 20 minutes for optimum health boost.
