Chinese Theme Night
THANKS TGSNI, your idea having a chinese theme night for my birthday was fitting along with all the chinese new year celebrations that were going on. to celebrate the end of the year of the pig we decided to take your belly pork recipie (minus the blackpudding) and added it to some stirfry noodles. My friend made some ginger bread biscuits which looked like takeaway boxes while we sat and watched the fireworks from my apartment as we enjoyed our dinner.
